Service Policy

To provide a high level of service to all our clients that we serve in a given day, the following policies have been put in place to ensure that clients have an understanding of what to expect should the unexpected happen.

Service Times

Every effort will be made to ensure that service begins within the estimated time frame of the scheduled service. Scheduling service closer to the beginning of the day will help ensure deviations to the start time are minimized. Please keep in mind that these times may change due to weather and/or accidents.

Service Change Policy

Rosa's Cleaning Services will attempt to accommodate (but cannot guarantee) an adjustment to the scheduled time of service should this be requested by the customer. Change requests should be communicated more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service (day and time) to avoid the cancellation fee if a change cannot be accommodated and the service for that day must be cancelled.

Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change unexpectedly, and rescheduling may need to be made. We will try our best to reschedule during the same week, but it is not guaranteed. Skipped services will be as follows; a skipped weekly cleaning will be charged at your bi-weekly cleaning price on the following cleaning only, bi-weekly cleanings will be charged at your monthly cleaning price and so on.

Service Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of scheduled services must be made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation on the day of scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted service.

Failure to Provide Access Policy

Where the service providers arrive and the property is not accessible, and it is not possible for the client to provide access in a timely manner, a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted service will be incurred.

Concerns over Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Items

Rosa's Cleaning Services strives to maintain the highest levels of integrity and honesty. Trust is imperative in maintaining a solid client relationship. Rosa's Cleaning Services is appropriately bonded and insured for the services that we provide.

Sometimes, accidents happen despite the emphasis we put into our attention to detail and care for our clients’ property. Should an item be damaged or broken by a service provider or should there be concern that an item has been misplaced, lost, or stolen, please contact Isabel (owner) ideally within 24 hours of the service being performed so that the issues can be reviewed and addressed. Please do not discuss the issues directly with the service providers as they do not have all the information necessary to identify the appropriate solution.

Our service providers may also take pictures of items that they identify as possibly damaged or broken prior to being touched or moved, or should an item be damaged during the cleaning service. Such issues will be communicated to Isabel so that they may be discussed with the client.

Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered (at the time-of-service completion for cash and check payments, on day of service for electronic payments such as Venmo will have a $5 transfer fee), no exceptions. A late payment fee of $10 may be added for any overdue payments. Arrangements may be made for payment on a monthly basis according to a provided invoice based on a long-standing relationship between Rosa's Cleaning Services and the client. Such arrangements would be incorporated on a case-by-case basis.

Arrangements for payments are only to be made directly with Rosa Dominguez. Cash or check payments may be left for collection by the service providers in a sealed envelope only. Arrangements can be made for other methods of electronic payment such as through a bank’s bill pay service, Zelle, Venmo etc.

Service Provider Footwear

Service providers may not wear shoe coverings or remove their shoes as this could cause a safety hazard, particularly when utilizing ladders or stepstools, and when traversing mopped surfaces. Service providers will have a pair of shoes that are only worn indoors.

Changes after estimate

Any changes to the home after an estimate will require a new estimate. Changes include but are not limited to additional pets in the home, renovations in the home and/or changes from carpet to wood floors.

Tips

We ask if you place both your payment and tips together to please note there’s a tip included in payment. 100% of the tips go to the cleaning technicians.
